National Tax Department – Accounting Compliance & Reporting – Manager
EY’s National Tax Department (NTD) serves high-profile, national and multinational clients, providing a range of domestic and international transactional tax planning services and tax-related advisory services. Our Accounting Compliance& Reporting (ACR) practice operates within NTD, focusing on helping clients effectively manage global bookkeeping and finance compliance obligations proactively and responsibly in 150+ countries where EY provides ACR services. Our quality service and technical network enable you to help clients reduce inefficiencies, mitigate risk and drive process improvement within their global finance operations. ACR assists in the design, implementation and operation of global record-to-report processes. Within this managed services business, we provide two primary services: 1) Bookkeeping – EY serves as the client’s outsourced Finance function, executing end to end Finance processing, globally, across the Record to Report Process and integrated with other upstream and downstream process, such as Statutory Reporting, Tax and Treasury 2) Statutory Accounting and Reporting – as a client’s outsourced service provider, we execute the accounting and reporting required to be compliant in the client’s legal entity footprint. To do this we leverage EY’s global solution approach to process, technology and account management, leveraging our centralized delivery centers and Centers of Excellence, along with our local teams with their deep knowledge of local requirements.
This high growth practice attracts the interest of our largest, most complex clients, as well as mid-market clients looking to focus their Finance resources on other priorities. As a Manager, you’ll work on engagements that span 100+ countries with local EY teams of 300+ people and have the opportunity to assist in the growth of this practice. You’ll assist in validation and governance of global finance operations utilizing one global methodology to track the end-to-end process and provide subsidiary governance throughout legal-entity life cycle to mitigate risk and increase corporate transparency.
