Financial Advisor, Transaction Advisor Services (Operational Transaction Services - M&A – Value Creation) (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.
Serve as an Operational Transaction Services professional to prepare and execute integration and/or carve out plans to maximize synergies and financial benefits from transactions focusing on Value Creation. Lead client engagement teams executing Value Creation which support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value. Direct engagement teams focused on providing buy side and sell side services to help Private Equity firms, their portfolio companies and corporate companies to create incremental value, including Operational Due Diligence, Operational Restructuring, and Operational Performance Improvement Solutions. Advise on all phases and aspects of methodology across integrations, carve-outs and other types of transaction engagements. Provide support and advise on transactions in a particular industry (e.g. manufacturing, life sciences, consumer product goods, industrial products, technology, retail, etc.) as well as in a particular functional area (e.g., Information Technology, Supply Chain, and Finance). Focus on identifying operational performance improvement and value creation.
Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, or a related field, plus 8 years of related management consulting experience (of which 5 years are post-bachelor's, progressive related management consulting experience); OR a Master's degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of related management consulting experience.
Must have 3 years of experience in operational restructuring and performance improvement.
Must have 4 years of experience analyzing and translating complex data.
Must have 3 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis for business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs.
Must have 2 years of experience in project/engagement management, including managing engagements and engagement related budgets, as well as managing, developing and coaching professional employees.
Must have 2 years of experience in a consulting or professional services firm, or in a multinational firm, in role working with mergers and acquisitions, which includes merger integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% to meet client needs.
