Position Summary:
Responsible for areas such as accounts payable, processing payroll for all Xpress Wellness locations, GL accounting, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and/or budgeting/forecasting. Working with the Controller, accounting, and leadership teams at the corporate office along with clinic personnel to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for accounts payable
General Ledger accounting in a timely and accurate manner
Manage bank reconciliation accurately
Resolves and approves billing holds, financial refunds and accounting corrections, originating at the multiple sites
Responsible for General Ledger and maintaining efficiently and accurately
Assist in establishing, maintaining, and monitoring accounting controls. Assist with the budgets.
Work with the CFO and Assistant Controller on forecasting and financial reporting accurately and timely.
Analyze accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to
Works with the CFO and Assistant Controller on appropriate fiscal strategies for the organization.
Develops systems for the maintenance of financial records, making use of current technologies.
Participates in creating forms and manuals for the department. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance
Experience:
At least 1 year of previous experience in company accounting and/or public accounting.
Skills:
Good planning and organizational skills.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and manner.
Proficient utilizing Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office (excel and accounting software programs)
Possess analytical skills and problem solving.
Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.
Working Conditions:
May be exposed to/occasionally exposed to patient elements
Subject to varying and unpredictable situations and interruptions.
Occasionally subjected to irregular hours.
Occasional pressure due to a fast-paced environment.
Position may require lifting, carrying or pushing equipment or patients.
