Process vendor invoices and debit memos by accurately collecting, coding, and analyzing data for payment approval.
Maintain and update vendor records, including banking details, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Perform account reconciliations, postings, and balancing to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Manage cross functional collaboration relating to Accounts Payable. Resolve issues that affect multiple departments
Identify and document root causes of payment delays & payment errors, implement corrective actions, monitor and report results
Maintain positive relationships with vendors
Assists with internal & external audits as the primary AP point of contact
Assist with the filling of State Sales Taxes
Manage ACH/check runs on a weekly basis
Assist with corporate credit card reconstructions and bank reconciliations
Month- end close
Open to other project work as needed
