About the Position & Its Impact
The Staff Accountant supports the day-to-day accounting operations across Onsite Wellness Group's clinic locations, handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and general ledger support.
Every invoice processed, every reconciliation completed, and every report accurately closed is part of what keeps our clinical teams free to focus on what matters most: the clients in their care. This role is the quiet infrastructure behind healing work — when the numbers are right, our therapeutic teams can show up fully for the people who need them.

About the Day-to-Day in This Role
? Manage accounts receivable end to end — generating charges, applying payments, reconciling the AR subledger, and following up on aging balances
? Keep inventory accurate across sites through regular counts, variance investigation, and close coordination with site managers
? Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, and support month-end/year-end close across multiple entities and locations
? Process vendor invoices and maintain accounts payable records, including W-9 and 1099 documentation
? Support audit readiness, budget-to-actual analysis, and fixed asset tracking
Requirements
Ideal Education & Experience for the Role
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
? 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-location or multi-entity environment
? Solid grasp of GAAP and general ledger accounting
? Comfortable in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS)
? Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP software, and background in healthcare or wellness, are a plus but not required
