JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Staff Accountant. This role will be independently responsible for the day-to-day financial operations and for assisting full-cycle month-end closing processes of our core operating entity. Additionally, the position will oversee the group financial reporting system maintenance and data submission for all affiliated entities under the group. The ideal candidate must possess a solid foundation in accounting principles, hands-on proficiency in the SAP ERP system as well as group consolidation software, and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced month-end closing environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


1. DAILY FINANCIAL OPERATIONS & TRANSACTION PROCESSING

* Expense Reimbursement Auditing: Review and audit daily employee expense claims to ensure absolute compliance with corporate policies and internal control guidelines.
* Payment Verification: Perform substantive verification of payment applications to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of cash disbursements.
* Journal Entry Input: Utilize the SAP system proficiently to record daily accounting journal entries, maintaining the integrity of foundational financial records.


2. FULL-CYCLE MONTH-END CLOSING

* Assist Closing Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end month-end closing process for the core operating entity, ensuring financial statements are delivered on time with high quality.
* Account Reconciliations & Adjustments: Execute general ledger reconciliations, expense accruals, prepayments, detailed account analysis, and financial data cleaning inside SAP.
* Month-End Supporting Schedules: Prepare and organize comprehensive closing files and supporting schedules to provide clear data track for management.


3. REPORTING & FINANCIAL SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT GROUP

* Data Submission: Coordinate and manage the entry, mapping, and submission of financial statement data for multiple affiliated entities.
* System Maintenance: Ensure accurate data mapping between SAP ledgers and the corporate consolidation software system to fulfill headquarters' strict timelines and data quality parameters.


4. MULTI-ENTITY FINANCIAL COLLABORATION

* Month-End Closing Assistance: Act as a core support pillar to collaborate with other finance specialists, facilitating and completing the closing processes for other affiliated entities.
* Process Improvement: Assist the Finance Manager in optimizing operational accounting workflows to scale multi-entity closing efficiency.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
* 2 to 4 years of solid experience in general accounting or general ledger accounting with the proven capability to handle full-set accounts independently.
* Hands-on proficiency with the SAP ERP system is mandatory (specifically GL and AP modules).
* Hands-on experience with corporate consolidation software is mandatory (such as HFM or similar systems) with a deep understanding of corporate data loading logic.
* Advanced command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and logical formulas).


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Prior experience in manufacturing sectors or a multi-entity corporate environment is highly preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed primarily in an office environment located within a manufacturing facility. This role requires extended periods of computer use, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Regular interaction with production, warehouse, and operational personnel may require periodic visits to the manufacturing floor.

The manufacturing environment may involve exposure to noise, moving equipment, temperature variations, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Compliance with all safety policies and procedures is required.

Additional hours may be necessary during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing periods to meet reporting deadlines.
