Revere Staffing Partners is hiring for one of our premier clients in the Wethersfield, CT area. We are seeking a Senior Accountant/FP&A professional to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business operations within a growing manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Perform month-end close, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
Support capital investment decisions and business case development
Partner with operational leaders to drive financial performance
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of FP&A, cost accounting, or general accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and financial analysis
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000 - $95,000 annual salary
Eligible for annual bonus
