Dynasty Financial Partners looking for a junior-level accounting professional to join our fast-paced and growing corporate finance team. Position will report to VP of Finance. You'll be a highly trusted member of the group with real ownership from day one and unlimited professional growth potential.

Requirements:
Support the team in accounts payable processing, cash management, and communications
Assist with accounts receivable functions including invoice tracking and receipt application
Support cost accounting functions and analysis as directed
Participate in the monthly close process and corporate financial reporting across Dynasty's multiple entities
Create automation and efficiency across our tools and processes (we're actively building this muscle and want someone who gets excited about it)
Build financial analyses and ad hoc reporting as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or comparable.
0-3 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, or a similar role with strong foundational knowledge of accounting
Ability to communicate complex topics and recommendations clearly and concisely
Strong attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis formulas; Power Query or PowerBI experience is a plus
Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture with the ability to independently manage work from start to finish
Technology orientation with the ability to learn quickly and work across platforms used in the RIA space
Can be trusted with highly confidential information
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
