JOB TITLE Accounts Payable Specialist
DATE: April 2026
DEPARTMENT: Accounting
REPORTS TO: Accounting Manager
MAJOR PURPOSE:
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of our finance department. Your primary duties will include processing both AP invoices, and reconciling accounts.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Respond to inquiries from vendors on a daily basis.
Manage vendor payments accurately to maintain good supplier relationships
Monitor banking transactions on daily basis
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as accounting principles
Working close with operation team
Ensure all invoices are recorded correctly in Quickbooks


Requirements
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
Understanding accounting best practices.
High attention to detail.
Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel.
Produce work with a high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of Quickbooks, or other applications.
Experience in Media/Marketing billing is a plus
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
Agency Experience highly preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Periods sitting at a desk and monitoring computer (we have ergonomic sit stand desks).
