STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Willowbrook, IL
$60,000 - $65,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare & Process Payroll
* Daily Status
* Fixed Asset Management
* State & Local Tax Payments
* Sales Tax Reporting
* Commission Management
* Maintain & Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts & Subsidiary Ledgers
* Month & Year End Closing
* Manage Customer Promotions, Rebates, Special Programs
* Assist In Preparation of Local & Consolidated Financial Statements
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (1-2 years of experience)
* Associate’s degree in accounting (3-4 years of experience)
* Relevant experience in similar position (5+ years of experience)
* Proficiency With Microsoft Office products, high-end excel skills
* Dependable with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Must be detail oriented
* Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
* Experience with ERP packages, Epicor a plus
* Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
