This position supports a service-based company providing specialized services to refineries and chemical plants across the United States and internationally. This role is ideal for an experienced accountant who enjoys doing the work—preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, tracking job-level activity, and ensuring accurate, timely financial records. While the Senior Staff Accountant will review work prepared by junior staff and provide day-to-day guidance, this position does not include formal people management responsibilities. The role requires a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and a proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with accounting, payroll, operations, and leadership to keep the business running smoothly.
