The Opportunity
As Staff Accountant you will play a key role in day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close and financial reporting. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in a high-performance PE-backed environment. You’ll gain hands-on-experience across core accounting functions, collaborating across departments to drive informed decision making.

Core Responsibilities
- Record daily cash transactions in the general ledger
- Prepare and record journal entries for month end close
- Perform account reconciliations on general ledger accounts to verify balances and resolve inconsistencies
- Assist with monthly variance analysis and annual budget
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed
- Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities in monthly close process and system implementations
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-3 years experience in accounting or related field
- Software proficiency (ERP, Microsoft Office suite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
