Our team’s average tenure of over 15 years reflects our commitment to fostering a collaborative, caring community where people genuinely enjoy working together.

We’re not your typical accounting firm—we bring all the expertise of Boston and New York without the less than desirable "other stuff." We approach every client relationship as a consigliere—a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who listens, collaborates, and guides with confidence. Whether we're sharing strategies over financials or soup on a Tuesday (yes, during tax season, a different team member brings lunch for the office each week), we’re always investing in one another’s success.

At times, we work hard and put in extra hours to meet our commitments. At other times, we lean into the flexibility our culture allows. We value professionalism—but not pretension. We care deeply about the quality of our work, the relationships we build, and the communities in which we live and work.

We’re looking for team members who are personal, approachable, and passionate about becoming the go-to expert for their clients. People who want to grow in a firm that’s not only collaborative but deeply committed to doing great work without sacrificing authenticity.
