Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Senior Accountant to join our driven Finance team. Working closely with the finance team and reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this role will focus on overseeing key accounting processes, preparing robust financial analyses, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Accounting Operations:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Manage accounts payable processes, bank reconciliations, and vendor master record updates.
Support payroll preparation in collaboration with HR.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior leadership and private-equity stakeholders.
Month-End and Year-End Close:
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
Establish internal controls and accounting guidelines.
Multi-Site Coordination:
Collaborate with site-level accounting teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
Integrate financial processes for newly acquired practices.
Private Equity Reporting:
Assist in preparing monthly reports and analyses for private-equity stakeholders.
Budgeting and Financial Analysis:
Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide financial insights to drive decision-making.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Active or inactive CPA preferred.
Public accounting audit experience preferred.
Private equity, M&A, and multi-site healthcare experience highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Sage Intacct and Stampli preferred.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
