We are seeking a *Site Project Accountant* to play a key role in the development of our first industry-scale solar panel recycling facility in *Silver Springs, Nevada.* In this hands-on position, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and leadership to ensure financial integrity, accurate cost tracking, and timely reporting throughout construction, commissioning, and operations. *As an ideal candidate, we expect you to have:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA or CMA credentials considered a plus.
* 3+ years of solid experience in project accounting, construction accounting, or manufacturing/industrial operations.
* Solid understanding of cost accounting principles, budgeting, and variance analysis.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel, with preferred experience in project accounting modules.
* Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.

*Your specific responsibilities as a Site Project Accountant* *will include: *

* Maintain accurate cost tracking for construction, equipment procurement, and commissioning activities, including monitoring spend plans and recommending corrective actions.
* Prepare project-level financial reports, forecasts, and reconciliations, and assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes.
* Support contract administration, purchase orders, vendor invoicing, and track billable revenues from decommissioning, recycling, and material offtake sales.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, supporting audit readiness and documentation needs.
* Collaborate with project management, operations, and corporate finance teams, serving as the primary financial point of contact on site.
