Due to a retirement and business growth, we are seeking a Senior Tax Manager, who is tired of the grind of a typical CPA firm. If you are a self-starter, you can grow and exceed at your own pace. You will be given clients to manage, and you will be their main point of contact in a less stressful environment than the typical firm. Our requirements are stringent:

· 5 - 10 years + of accounting firm tax experience

· CPA mandatory

· Comfortable working with closely held businesses and their owners

· Proven track record of training, reviewing and mentoring 2+ staff

· Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships and to be a trusted business advisor

· Comfortable with financial statement preparation, compilations and reviews

· Competent QuickBooks experience

· Lacerte software experience a plus

· Industry experience a plus in: Physician Practices, Retail, Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Small Closely Held Businesses

We offer an outstanding compensation package including:

· Base salary of 130k to 200k commensurate with experience

· Annual bonus potential between 8% and 12%

· 401k with 3% company match
