Description:

*Take the next step in your finance leadership journey.* Country View Family Farms is looking for a results-driven *Controller* to join our leadership team and lead the charge in financial oversight, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence.

As Controller, you’ll be more than a numbers expert — you’ll be a key business partner, driving performance, guiding financial strategy, and ensuring compliance across all operations. You’ll work alongside executive and operational leaders to shape the financial health and future of CVFF.

*What You’ll Do:*

* Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, capital investments, and profitability.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, delivering insights that drive action.
* Oversee all divisional accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, and cost accounting.
* Ensure rigorous internal controls and data integrity to safeguard company assets.
* Serve as the primary contact for audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
* Champion financial systems improvements, including ERP upgrades and integration.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

*What You Bring:*

* Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
* 7+ years of progressive experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
* Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
* Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical thinking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
