Payroll Manager

• Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of multi-state payroll and related activities through Oracle HCM system.
• Maintain compensation objectives and ensure they are in line with General RV Center's processes and procedures.
• Create and promote a department culture of internal customer service to General RV employees and stakeholders. 
• Act as subject matter expert to payroll specialist and stakeholders with any compensation related questions or issues.
• Monitor the payroll process and compensation programs in order to streamline operations and  make recommendations for improved processes where needed.
• Other duties as requested by management.

• 4+ years of Payroll experience, supervisory or management experience required.
• Previous experience with Oracle HCM and ADP is preferred but not required.
• Must have experience processing payroll on a computer-based or web-based system.
• Knowledge of all applicable federal (DOL) and multi-state payroll and employment laws.
• Understanding of wage attachments such as garnishments, child support, levies etc.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to exercise considerable discretion and judgment in handling the highest level of confidential information.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written. 
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
