EMR is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support daily treasury operations and play a key role in optimizing cash management processes across our U.S. operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a solid background in bank reconciliations and cash management, and the ability to use data to support business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and international environment, with visibility to senior finance and treasury leadership. This role will be worked 100% onsite at our Camden, NJ HQ. There is no opportunity to go remote or hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and support daily cash positioning and funding across U.S. regions to meet operational needs
Lead and assist in bank account reconciliations and contribute to month-end closing tasks
Act as a liaison between U.S. regional teams and central treasury to resolve operational issues related to banking, payments, and cash handling
Communicate effectively with banking partners to troubleshoot and resolve account-level issues
Process electronic payments and manage transaction approvals in accordance with treasury policy
Support ongoing treasury projects, partnering with both U.S. and international stakeholders
Maintain internal controls over cash handling and payment workflows
Utilize data and reporting tools to provide insights that support business and treasury decisions
Assist with treasury reporting metrics and help deliver monthly reporting to executive finance teams
Provide administrative support including signer authority updates, inbox monitoring, and internal communications
Support back-office processes related to group lending facilities, export sales documentation, and commodity hedging
Deputize for the U.S. Treasury Manager as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of experience in treasury, banking operations, or corporate finance
Strong experience in bank reconciliations and cash management
Proven ability to work with data and tools to support financial decision-making
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), is highly preferred
Exposure to Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and banking portals is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet daily deadlines
Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders at all levels
Experience in international or cross-functional environments is desirable
Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow within a global treasury function

Travel is less than 25%

Pay Rate is $85 - 95k/yr
