Accounts Receivable Manager

Description:

STG Auto Group is a fast-growing, multi-location automotive dealership group with a reputation for excellence in customer service, vehicle selection, and operational efficiency. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented *Accounts Receivable Manager* to join our accounting team.

*Position Overview:*

The AR Manager will oversee all aspects of accounts receivable for our dealership group, including monitoring receivables, ensuring timely collections, managing billing discrepancies, and reporting on AR performance. This individual will work closely with the Controller and Sales, F&I, and Service departments to ensure accurate and efficient receivables processing.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage all AR functions, including billing, posting payments, and collections.
* Reconcile AR accounts and investigate/resolve discrepancies.
* Ensure all customer accounts are current and accurately maintained.
* Partner with internal departments to streamline invoice processing and resolve payment issues.
* Monitor and report on AR aging and collection performance.
* Assist with monthly financial closings and audit support.
* Implement and enforce AR policies and internal controls.

*Qualifications:*

* 3+ years of AR or general accounting experience. Automotive dealership experience is a must.
* Strong understanding of dealership receivables processes (lender funding, warranty receivables, parts/service AR, etc.).
* Proficient in Excel and dealership management systems (Tekion and Dealertrack)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
