Billing/Collections Representative

Description:

* Calling to verify claims and collect medical debt
* Gather files together to send out to clients regarding final bills
* Answer questions to clients regarding bills with excellent customer service
* Fill in log information about patients' records and billing
* Ability to multi-task and take direction
* Ability to meet goals and quota as set by your supervisor

Must have good customer service, good written and verbal communication skills, and a positive attitude.

\**Looking to fill our 9:15am - 6:00pm shift Monday through Friday, and will work one Saturday at the end of each month.\**

Uniform: black scrubs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
