*Job Summary:*

Oasis Medical is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist to lead and support key functions within our AP, GL and Payroll operations. This role will be responsible for invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency with JDEdwards ERP and Payroll systems, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Process vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring appropriate approvals and GL coding.
* AP close process, including accruals and reconciliation of AP subledger to the general ledger.
* Bank reconciliations along with other related GL accounts.
* Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policy through PAYCOM Corporate credit card expense tracking and some miscellaneous personal card expenses.
* Manage vendor relationships and records, including W9’s.
* Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
* Process weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires), ensuring timely disbursements while managing cash flow for the company.
* Support audits by providing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
* Process semi-monthly payroll through PAYCOM payroll system.
* Maintain and update payroll records including new hires, terminations, various deductions and garnishments, benefit accruals, pay rate and status changes in PAYCOM.
* Process and maintain semi-monthly reporting and funding of 401k contributions.

*Experience/Training/Education:*

* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll processing.
* Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices shown through the ability to analyze financial data and reporting.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDEdwards, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
* Experience utilizing payroll software.
* Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
* Knowledge of 1099 processing and year-end reporting.
* Sales/Use tax knowledge across multiple states

* High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in a multi-entity or closely held, family company environment extremely helpful.
