Vitro Automotive Glass operates glass manufacturing plants, fabrication facilities and distribution centers worldwide that are solely focused on the production of automotive glass. This scale allows us to provide the quality and technology required for large volume OEM production, while bringing that same attention to detail and quality to our automotive replacement glass (ARG) operations.

Provide support to closing and forecasting financial activities as well as support to various costing activities at plant level.

Responsibilities

• Assist with invoicing process not ready for AP
• Liaison between AP and suppliers
• Keep track of SCASES for accruals
• Reconcile GRNI accounts
• Keep track and assist with Expense Checkbook (weekly and monthly basis)
• Assist with the monthly Forecast process
• Assist with weekly projection process
• Support with New SAP part # builds, changes to BOM’s and Costing
• Support with resolution of GL items on suspense

Qualifications

• MS Excel proficiency (formulas and pivot tables)
• ERP experience is desirable specially SAP
