Description:
The
Financial Accountant II performs professional-level accounting work requiring the analysis and reporting related to accounting transactions. Must have knowledge of the theory and practice of recording, classifying, examining and analyzing data of records, accounting, and financial transactions.
The Role:
Prepares journal entries for review and approval
Prepares statements, schedules, spreadsheets for reporting purposes
Maintains and reconciles journals, various ledgers and accounts, and examines all transactions for accuracy and appropriateness
Reviews and approves purchase requisitions and expense reimbursement requests
Review work of Accounting Specialist and Financial Account I

Our Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in finance/accounting
Three or more years of job specific experience
Must have intermediate proficiency or higher Excel and Adobe skill
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and high degree of analytical ability
