Job Summary:

Compile, consolidate, reconcile and adjust general ledger accounts and/or bank statement. Analyze accounting and finance information for the production of financial statements and reports such as quarterly FCPA reporting and annual T2200 tax reporting for employees. Coordinate the reporting and approval / workflow administration of Oracle journal entries and AP (Stellent and Concur) processes. Assist with internal and external auditreviews, requests for information, and annual audits. Help maintain appropriate internal accounting controls and facilitate accounting policy administration (GAAP and company policies).

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day and month-end/quarter-end close general accounting functions to ensure accurate application of revenue recognition accounting guidance

  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations to the G/L, journal entry preparation, and revenue analysis

  • Ensure assigned revenue share agreements are forecasted and calculated properly, reported, and paid to partners as required

  • Develop significant relationships and master coordination within the revenue accounting team, as well as with external auditors, finance, billing, and systems team members

  • Evaluate accuracy and completeness of financial results

  • Ownership and understanding of companies and products assigned

  • Perform other revenue accounting related duties as requested by management to ensure organizational goals are met and process improvements are implemented

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field

  • 2 or more years of experience in general accounting or audit

  • Knowledge of Revenue Recognition and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Exta Points for any of the Following:

  • Experience with Tableau, BRM, Hyperion HFM/Essbase

  • Masters in Accounting/Business or CPA

  • Experience with Oracle JE/ARM Reconciliation Applications or similar
