Responsibilities

Perform various corporate accounting functions within prescribed time schedules and guidelines
Perform month end close procedures-preparing and recording multiple manual and recurring journal entries
Prepare and maintain account reconciliations, research outstanding issues and propose corrections
Responsible for preparing invoices for various service lines
Responsible for preparing and analyzing various monthly/quarterly financial reports
Develop and maintain solid working relationships with fellow team members and home office departments
Prepare timely and accurate work product, including insightful financial statement analysis
Review/prepare facility and corporate-specific ad hoc reporting requests from management
Work closely with team members, department heads and facility personnel, assisting with any accounting/financial questions or needs

Qualifications

BS in Accounting required
2 + years experience in corporate or public accounting demonstrating a working knowledge of debits and credits in the general ledger
Strong quantitative, analytical, and statistical skills
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to interact with all levels of management
Proficiency in Microsoft: Excel, Outlook, Word
